Missing Payments on Some Customer Orders

On the 10th of November 2022 we became aware of a technical issue with our payment provider.
As a result of a technical error on behalf of our Payment Provider Global Payments some customer payments were not processed by Global Payments, and not debited from customers bank /credit card account.


As we do not store your Credit or Debit Card details, we were unable to process the payment at our end. Customers affected by this issue will receive an email  directly. If you receive an email we would be most obliged if you could re-submit your payment as instructed in the email.
